According to the Georgian law for “Deposit Insurance System” and “Instruction for Calculation of Base for Regular Insurance Premiums Payable by the Commercial Banks and Procedures for Payment of Regular Insurance Premiums” Regular Insurance Premium for all the commercial banks operating in Georgia equaled to 1 188 895,47 GEL as of January.
The premium was paid by the banks on February 2018.
