Deposit Insurance Agency invested in Treasury Securities

According to Investment Policy of Deposit Insurance Agency and Investment Plan 2021 the Agency participated in Treasury Securities Auction of Ministry of Finance of Georgia on June 1, 2021. The Agency invested 2,755,829.33 and 2,779,968.88 GEL in 2 years maturity Benchmark Bonds with 9.100% and 9.000% interest rates.

The nominal value of each purchased Bonds equals to 2,750,000.00 GEL, coupon rate is 8.000%. Date of maturity is February 4, 2023.

The size of the portfolio as of June 1, 2021 equals to 72,128,048GEL.
